New client onboard: Fusion eCare Solutions

Joining our roster of technology clients, we’re delighted to welcome Fusion eCare Solutions onboard The Bigger Boat. Let’s dive into the details…

We’ve been tasked with enhancing the care management software provider’s online presence with a results-driven marketing strategy.

Fusion eCare Solutions provides digital software management systems tailored to the social care sector, providing essential tools for residential care, nursing, and other care services.

Since the company was established in 2011, it’s helped more than 500 clients with its end-to-end software product, offering modules for care planning, staff management (time attendance and rotas), and invoicing. 

With an array of NHS accreditations under its belt and ambitious growth targets for the next few years, the group realised the need for professional marketing expertise. Without internal marketing capacity, external support in creating effective marketing communications will enable its future growth goals, while allowing Fusion to focus on what it does best. 

So, the team at Fusion eCare Solutions appointed The Bigger Boat to support in redesigning its approach to marketing. All hands on deck.

What's next for Fusion eCare Solutions and The Bigger Boat?

We’ll be providing an end-to-end service, including:

  • Customer journey workshop — to form our marketing strategy and plan, we’ll identify and agree on Fusion’s key customer audience segments, the problems the audience is looking to solve, and the places they look for information. From this, we create customer personas and a comprehensive customer journey plan.

  • Integrated marketing retainer — having captured our main priorities in the customer journey workshop, we’ll be developing a strategy that takes a multi-channel approach. As a fully integrated agency, this could include content marketing, public relations, paid search, paid social, organic social, SEO, conversion rate optimisation, email marketing, and analytics and reporting. 

It’s exciting to start working with The Bigger Boat. We’re keen to redesign what we are doing with branding and marketing, so the fact that TBB is a one-stop shop for everything we need in those departments is a massive benefit. Plus, the agency’s background working with other healthtech companies gives them a thorough understanding of what we do and the problems we solve for our clients.
